尼古拉·伊万诺维奇·布哈林（Николай Иванович Бухарин，1888年10月9日—1938年3月14日），苏联政治理论家、革命家、思想家、经济学家。 普列奥布拉任斯基·叶·阿（Евгений Алексеевич Преображенский 1886—1937） 苏联20年代著名经济学家，“左”倾经济思想的主要代表。1905年加入布尔什维克党。曾任俄共中央书记，《真理报》编辑，俄共（布）第10次代表大会（1921年）后任人民委员会财政委员会主席。1923年成为托洛茨基反对派的首领之一和托派的主要理论家。1927年被开除出党，1937年被处决。其主要著作有：《共产主义ABC》（与布哈林合著）、《从新经济政策到社会主义》、《新经济政策时期的经济危机》、《新经济学》等。
